This is now only a birds park. All animals from here are moved to Nharghar biological park. Hera are many birds and crocodile and deers . In 2018, the Jaipur Zoo was announced as a bird park. The zoo is initiated by the Jaipur by the Central Zoo Authorities.

The Jaipur zoological garden was built by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in the year 1868 as an elaboration of the Ram Niwas Garden. The zoological garden has always remained an instant hit among children. The Zoological Garden was opened to the public in 1877. It is among the oldest zoos of India and it cost around 4 lakhs to establish completely.

No sanity, broken washrooms. Water is not clear for animals for them to drink or swim. Only 3 to 4 varieties of birds, dears, crocodiles and turtles. They are in pathetic condition. I guess all the revenue is going in corrupted personals pocket.

This is good place to visit during weekend , ticket is also less expensive, near by Ajmeri gate walking distance we can say from Ajmeri gate and beside from Albert hall. Animals are there to see. Please visit early in the morning or late evening because during day good amount of rush is there.
