Because they did something to car's AC which was working absolutely fine before we left car there. We drove our car in completely good and functional condition there to change the bumper which had it's edge broken a little. After changing the bumper, they said car has some problem "ye chal nhi rhi". And kind of forced us to get servicing done. After servicing AC is not working even on full mode, one of the doors isn't opening from inside the car, there is water leakage and car isn't as smooth as it was before. Probably THEY STEAL THE ORIGINAL PARTS AND REPLACE IT WITH DUPLICATE ONES or probably they completely ruin the car, so that you often need repair and servicing. Never expected this from a brand like Alankar....... EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Had a complete satisfaction. Superb customer service and nice regular updates on repair and other services. 9 out of 10.
I am really very happy with the effort and behaviour of Alankar . Alankar Bailey road is a place when I am satisfied with the service and dealing. Maruti means Alankar baki sab bekar .
