I am writing this review to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of a gold bangle from Alankar Jewellers, Boring canal road. At the time of purchase, I was promised that the bangle was strong and could be used for everyday wear. However, I was extremely disappointed when I noticed multiple dents in the bangle just a few days usage after the purchase. I immediately reached out to their customer service team and was informed that they would fix the issue. However, I was shocked when they demanded an extra Rs.5000/- for the repairs. This is unacceptable as all their promises of quality and durability seem to be fake and they sell cheap quality products. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and I will not be making any future purchases from Alankar Jewellers. I would warn all potential customers to be careful while shopping with Alankar Jewellers and not to believe their promises of quality and durability. It is a complete waste of money and your precious time.
This is Alankar jewellers flag ship store or you can say new store which is situated opposite of udayan hospital in boring road .if you want to enter address in ola or uber type alankar bussiness centre . interior is very good ,spaces outlet ample parking & parking is free you can find wide variety of gold , diamond , platinum , silver , antique type jewellers their making charges depends on type of jewellery 8 to 16% increase or decrease (depend on type of jewellery ) nice staff During my visit they check body temperature santized hand give mask if you don't have .

Disappointment for the third time. They just play with the problems and let us suffer mentally. They just destroyed the bangle which I gave them to repair. And they returned me with multiple bangs on it. Also I have to visit them multiple times in order to get this fixed but as result what I got as conclusion was disappointment and rediculous service. Detoriating by the time.
Nice experience in store and pooja help in selecting the set and we are happy with the service.
Today, we surprised to see customer service which was par excellence earlier. Customer service differs customer to customer. If you are low budget customer, low customer service given. It was never happened before.
