Value for money. Very big room with central AC and a big bathroom with bathtub. The room has TV, study table and chairs and a small table. the staff was polite and accomadating. room service was available and on time and good. we stayed for 8 days during my exams. It was very comfortable overall.will be staying here next time as well. definetey recommended. the reception area was good to sit and read newspaper. lift, parking area and cleanliness maintainence is good well. best stay experience so far in vijayawada. wifi speed is good as well.

Alana will delivery exactly what it has mentioned in its services, terms and conditions. Smoking is allowed inside the premises, hence lot of stinking smell, in fact smoke smell starts from reception itself. Anyone can get a room and can stay, anyone (like food delivery boys etc) can walk around anywhere. Washrooms are not clean at all, sink was broken, toiletries are very old and stinks to the next level. AC works well, but stinks . There is no ventilation at all, no windows, no ducts, absolutely no sun light at all, not sure why everything was closed. Beds are old ones and not in proper shape. Not able to notice any service staff expect one cleaning lady and another person (like a service staff, not sure), but there are 2 - 3 reception persons. Parking is at basement and it is very small, narrow and zigzagged, to and from from parking is very hard and there are chances of getting scratches on vehicle around corners. Not recommended for families who are visiting Vijayawada for temple. People (especially singles, friends etc.) who want to enjoy can go there without any doubt as it is value for money (around 1200 including GST for double occupancy room). After I left the hotel, got to know that hotel got bad reviews from others as well, even locals say that.

We pre-booked the hotel... Travelled 2100kms to reach Vijayawada at this hotel only to get denied check in. They confirmed my booking on call and also on WhatsApp... But once we reached there they told us there are no such bookings... We had to find another hotel at late hours... Worst experience... Never book this hotel.
We recently stayed in this hotel, here are pros and cons: Pros: - Rooms are of decent size, AC was working fine. - Location is very convenient, and you get autos or uber easily - There is a table/chair provided, and wifi was good. So, we can work properly if we need to. Cons: - Parking is in basement. Navigating to the parking slots is very difficult - Rooms have no windows, so there is no ventilation. I sincerely hope they have power backup for ACs as well. We cannot stay in the room if AC is off. Fortunately for us AC was working whole time. - Bathroom has a glass wall, but curtain was not provided in our room. So please ensure to check the curtain when you check-in. - Bathroom sink was broken and water was leaking, this could be problem with one specific bathroom. - Hot water was not available. When we called, they mentioned that they have one geyser [ of 10 liter capacity ] for whole hotel and other guests could have used the water. I feel they should have a better arrangement for hot water. - Hotel is under renovation, so you may feel like you are in a construction zone.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
