I took someone to the hospital. Found it thoroughly unprofessional setup. If you want to save few bucks but don't mind spending few hours this is the place for you

My name is Sanjay Menaria and I had come to Alakh Nayan Hospital Udaipur to get my grandmother's eye surgery done, but after coming here I realized that this hospital only and only plays with the trust of the people and diverts the patients from here and there for money. And asking for operation in lunch time, he makes patients sit since morning as if people's time is free and it is valuable, so think thousand times before coming to this hospital, here only and only you will be made mad.

This is a great eye hospitals and one of the best in udaipur. A) Location : They have 2 location this is the old location and very conveniently located near durga nursery road. B) Service: The person at the reception are very nice and very helpful. C) Treatment : The treatment received here is pretty upto the mark with latest machines D) overall: Overall the doctors are really nice with very good treatment.

Alakh Nayan Mandir is Good Hospital in Udaipur City. They have to Two Hospital in Udaipur. One is City Center which is Located in Ashok Nagar and Second and New One is Pratap Nagar Branch. Eye Checkup Fee is 300 Rupee. You should Decrease from 300 to 200. Good Cleanness in Hospital. Mostly time Junior Doctors are available here. You should available any Senior Doctor for final Checkup. Here are Eye Glasses shops also available in Hospital.

Worst hospital i ever experienced..they make me and my child sit for 2 hrs and after 2 hrs dr checked and said we are not able make your glasses today plz come after 2 days..wat kind of joke is this..Dr looks so unprofessional...plz don not waste money and time there.

Pathetic service They will charge you very first and then make you sit in long long queues for hours, very poor management, inefficient and incompatible staff with basic experience No empathy to understand the situation of patients I would recommend to visit government hospitals rather then visiting here.

Worst experience. They gave me wrong numbers, even I went them for two to three times giving them their consultancy fee twice, they were not ready to accept their mistake. Everytime they were like your number is same as before ( hiding the current test numbers). I suffered headache for almost a month, Dr. Monika Yadav was there at my time.

Pathetic services offered at this center. No one cares about the patients and their trainees are of no use. Trainees here are to increase problems of the patients . No senior doctor monitor what kind of blunder their trainees are doing. Personally availed services at this center visited to consult minor dryness of eyes but trainee prescribed wrong eye drops & warm compression because of that i was about to get ulcers in my eyes. But thanks to the doctors at ASG problem not escalated.
