Very near to Temple rooms are spacious but bed spreads and pillow cover were very dirty I guess they don't change. I have check in around 7.30 pm have asked person in reception about swiping card he said can use guy sitting when I am checking out he don't accept card payment around 2.30pm. Parking available for limited around 8 cars other cars have to park in drive way and handover key to Reception not safety for your car.
Located at prime place. Rooms are good but cleanliness is not at best. Bed spreads are not tidy. But if we request they change and clean accordingly. Service and response of persons are good. Drinking Water is available for sale. The hot water facility will be available only at morning till around 9-10am
Rooms are spacious, bathroom was neat, AC chillness good, parking decent But the issue is with bed bugs. We booked two rooms and both room had bed bugs. Could not sleep at all.
Roos are good, from ac water is leaking inside the room. No room services intercom is available but it is 100 percent waste of trying it., if you call them they won't come, you need to go outside for all needs. If you able manage all things by yourself you can choose it. At last day simple sorry.
Recently build and as of now the rooms are OK but need to be maintained well to continue this quality. Parking facility is terrible Good for a night stay alone and very near to temple (walkable)
Prons - Best for family. The rooms were clean. It had all the required things such as Car parking, AC, TV, Cupboard, UPS & King size bed etc. 2 adults and one child can sleep on the bed but if we need extra bed they will provide for just 200 rps. I paid 1700/- for one day stay for one room(12 pm to 12 pm checkin/out format). Walkable distance to Temple and auto stand. Cons - No food/breakfast. Bit far from Bus stand (need to take an auto to reach the bus stand). If u have a car then no issues. I think there was no hot water to bath (i am not sure, sorry).
Recent visit to Alakan residency is worst experience for our family. The reception person (@ 7.30 pm) was very rude handling customer and providing false statement. Room alloted at ground floors (G1) are not safe for family. Please treat other customer well.
