I attended a conference conducted by Mathematics department namely International conference on Discrete and Computational Mathematics (ICDCM-2018) Dec 20, 21.It was a great experience for me and the atmosphere is really good for the research and other academics.

Alagappa university A nice university campus at Karaikudi City .It is Clean and well kept. The statue of Sri Allagappa Chettiar is at the entrance.

It's a prestigious accomplishment for the Karaikudi region. This University infrastructure is not handled well in recent years. This is where my Athan studied his Bachelor's degree. It's one man's step, but a giant leap for the community.

It is the university located at Karaikudi. It was founded by philanthropist Thiru. Alagappa Chettiar. It offers various degree programs. The famous program is B.Ed program. There is a museum about the life of Alagappa Chettiar. There is very good facilities like play ground and auditorium. Dr. Umayal Ramanathan College for women located inside the university. Model higher secondary school is also located inside the university.

Degree hasn't been issued for the last 3 years. Passed out in 2020 from a college affiliated with this university. I get different excuses everytime for the delay despite UGC's announcement that degrees should be issued within 180 days of result declaration. Before if was COVID, which is understandable, then it was vacancy of vice-chancellor position, now they are saying waiting for governor's signature. Three years for all of this? The college is saying that they can't do nothing because this is the normal behavior of the university. People after my batches also haven't received their degrees. Why are these positions vacant for so long? Why is there so much delay is issuance of Degrees? And why is the response so bad?
