As a passionate food enthusiast, I am deeply disappointed to share my recent dining experience at a restaurant that shall remain unnamed. From start to finish, the lack of fresh ingredients and the overwhelmingly bland taste left me questioning why I even bothered stepping foot in the establishment. The first sign of trouble was apparent as soon as I glanced at the menu. It was a typical assortment of dishes one might expect to find at any run-of-the-mill restaurant, but there was no mention of seasonal ingredients or any indication of a farm-to-table approach. Red flags went up as I realized this could mean only one thing - a lack of emphasis on the freshness of their offerings. I reluctantly placed my order, hoping against hope that perhaps the kitchen staff would find some way to salvage the meal. Alas, that hope was short-lived. When the food finally arrived, it was painfully evident that the ingredients used were far from fresh. The vegetables looked tired and lifeless, as if they had been sitting in the back of the refrigerator for far too long. The taste of the dishes was even more disappointing than the lack of freshness. Every single item on my plate had an indistinguishable, monotonous flavor that bordered on being tasteless. It seemed as though the chef had completely forgotten to season the dishes, leaving me wondering if they had lost their sense of taste altogether. To add insult to injury, the presentation of the food was lackluster and unappetizing. The dishes lacked any artistic flair or attention to detail, making them appear more like cafeteria food than a restaurant's culinary creations. Throughout the meal, the service was equally lackadaisical. It was apparent that the staff had little enthusiasm for their work, further dampening the overall dining experience. Empty water glasses were ignored, and it took an eternity for anyone to come to our table to inquire about our satisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience. The lack of fresh ingredients and the consistently bland taste of the dishes left a lasting negative impression. As a food lover, I believe that quality ingredients and skilled preparation are the cornerstones of any memorable meal. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on both counts, resulting in an unpalatable and forgettable experience. Save your time and money and explore other dining options that prioritize the importance of fresh, flavorful food.

This Ala liberty is nowhere close to It's Banjara hills branch. No proper service and food quality is not up to Mark. When we visited there was no water in washroom. A bucket and Tub was kept with Little water in it. Issue with Food: Cold Pizza, Taste of vegetable gravy not up to mark, Dahi Bhalla was hard and smelly. Masal Kulcha was fine hence 2 rating given. Service: You ask for something but they serve at their comfort and by the time you get it your appetite is gone. Atmosphere: lot of kids running, picking and tasting food directly from buffet was observed. Washroom problem already explained. Overall it can be ignored instead it's Banjara hills branch can be visited for a great experience

I had a good time here. It's a decent restaurant, with a relatively smaller menu, and average ambience. The buffet spread looked very appealing, but we opted for a la carte. The Dal Makhani was the highlight of the evening, it's creamy and delicious. I really enjoyed the Cheese Naan here as well, and would recommend it. The service could be improved, there was a lot of rush and the atmosphere was chaotic.

Food quality is very good and having parking facility also and ambience is very cool and attractive and service and food variety is also very attractive and chat section is very delicious. Special recommendation: Green chutney it's taste is soo good

My 2nd time trying an all vegetarian buffet and this place to my utter disappointment could not live up to the price for the buffet. Mostly dismal taste and preparation barring a very few dishes. Salads were okay, and fresh. Golgappa was too plain. After Jalpaan got my hopes up for good Golgappa in Hyderabad, this place brought me back to the ground. Butter Garlic Rice did not have that necessary aroma associated with it. Singapore Noodles was cooked with rice noodles and it was the best of the Chinese dishes, nicely cooked. Cantonese Vegetables taste just fine but Veg Moussaka was largely underwhelming. Taste-wise the pizza was okay and it's good that they serve thin crust but you need to bake it more. The crust should be crunchy while you eat it and should not be very tough on the teeth. Both red sauce and white sauce pasta were dismal. Red sauce pasta only felt like you're eating tomato puree and white sauce pasta felt all milk and nothing else. Among the starters they served, Veg Manchurian was good. Paneer and Pineapple were okayish and the Bruschetta was disappointing. The trick at the buffet is not consume a lot of these dishes as it can be very filling and prevent you from trying other dishes. Main course saved the day for me. Veg Biryani, Dal Makhani, Paneer Khurchan and English Kumbh Makai complimented each other well. Properly cooked with all the necessary Indian spices together saved the day slightly for my disappointed soul. Desserts were a big disappointment aside from the ice-cream which was customizable. Ras Malai it felt as if had gone stale. Mango Shrikhand was sour, clearly they didn't have fresh mangoes or didn't get enough ripe ones. The pastries did not help repair the damage in any way either. All in all, having to wait for a good 20-25 mins. for a seat even after reserving it beforehand and having my friend treat us for a buffet costing 700 each, it was a highly dismal and underwhelming experience in terms of the food. It could be due to a Saturday rush also hence, won't give them anymore stick for that. But i really hope they improve the experience and make it price-worthy. Would not recommend this place presently, instead go to Jalpaan in Begumpet. 650 buffet per person with almost same variety but much better quality.

This is the 3rd time visiting this place and it was really nice experience being there and having yummy food (buffet). I really appreciate Mr. Kamath who served food .

Each and every item tasted bland...Hot n sour soup was the worst we ever had.. desserts are not fresh, Biryani has only rice and no vegetables, no item is hot , Schezwan noodles had saunf flavour , Maggie was saltless and no masala, pizza base was hard, rotis are thick and hard , welcome drinks were not at all refreshing... Seating is not good.. overhyped buffet restaurant

Ala Liberty veg dining is the best choice for vegetarian. The food is very good and very tasty and the starts are very tasty and buffet menu are pure vegetarian food & the live section of Pani Puri and paste & panner tikka masala over all it worth it to go there and ambiance are good
