I spent all most 2 weeks with Al_Qasa, it was a good experience with them. They have good n disent staff.They are providing good quality of food n most importantly they are providing very clean and higheinic rooms to their customers.I specially to Mr. Gaurav for his disent hospitality
Cockroaches!!! One of the worst experiences ever! We checked in at this hotel at midnight and within 5 minutes we had to leave the room as we found cockroaches all over the room and even in the bed. When asked for a refund, the receptionist didn't want to give us our money back and instead asked us to wait for the refund until the next morning. After some discussion, he disappeared for the next 20 minutes to call his MD. When he came back the conversation got a bit heated because he asked us the pay the GST. In the end, we got our full refund but we really had to fight for it. The receptionist was no help at all. We had a valid reason to not stay at the hotel but seems like having cockroaches in your hotel is still not enough to refund the guests money.
