NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED It was the worst experience I have ever had. I travelled for Umarah to Saudi Arabia, hoping that this tour and travel agency wouldn't be dishonest at such a holy place, but, to my surprise, they were quite dishonest and unprofessional. Food that was being served was pathetic, and they didn't even make sure that it was at least hot. Moreover,they asked for too much money, which they shouldn't have asked compared to the food and facilities given. It was told that the distance of the hotel from the holy sites would not be more than 300 meters, but in reality, it was more than 1000 meters, which is too much when you have to walk for every Salah towards Haram. I would not recommend such a travel agency at all which shows you something and serves you something else!
