No night lamp, Mirror location is not okay, Toilet hand spray is broken,plug point not available.so above the items rectyfy then good.....

Rooms were dusty and AC was working fine. Hotels have very basic amenities

In this place they can provide this only.... It's developing place so we can't ask more.... Good one....

Behavior of the staff posted at the reception needs to be improved. Amenities in the room is not up to the standard. According to the facilities and services, the rate charges is too high.

Terribly poor & pathetic! Untidy rooms, rude customer service, disgusting smell! Not worth even a paisa!!! 1st up when you walk inside the rooms, your feet will turn brownish black, which are all accumulated dusts & dirt. 2) after a long drive from Chennai to Muthupet, we booked room here , at around 1 am. As soon as I entered the washroom, gosh-awful, even a public washroom would have looked far better- the mug & bucket were the dirtiest ones anyone could see, that's not all, the western toilet was so very unclean, which is indescribable beyond words! We ignored these because we all were so tired that a pleasant & sound sleep was our priority. After about 10 mins into sleep, the power goes down. The mosquitoes were killing us like anything which prompted us to go to reception to see if there is a backup power . Upon speaking with a guy (don't remember his name but he was tall, fatty one) , you will realise that his sleep was more important than his job , than the customers. He was so rude for us having disturbed his sleep. He had purposely switched off the line to our room stating that there were sparks from the power cable & he told that EB guys can fix it only at 10 am!!! We had traveled 10 hours in car & all we were hoping & yearning for was a good sleep & we were completely shocked by his word & that's not at all ,he further questioned us in a rude tone "what the hell can I do if power is faulty? What the hell can I do if there is no backup to your room? You will have to withstand these hardships, no other way , now go back to your room & allow me to sleep" ! We have travelled along the length & breadth of entire India for past 25 years, but never ever have come across such an irresponsible & rude answers!!! We said thank you, we are leaving! It was around 3 am by that time!!! If there was a negative ratings , I would have put - infinity (minus infinity)! Pls do not ever book rooms at this place !!! There are other better hotels like Star Residency & Chola residency , which were really top-notch in hygiene & in customer service.

Superb and convenient lodge place and service
