Amazing. The people, the food it's all amazing. The phirni with rabdi is amazing!!!! Must must try. The kashmiri chai, i took the kashmiri chai with the puff and malai, it was tad too sweet but refreshing and freshly made nonetheless and it was a good exposure overall. The problem lies with the lady beggars outside who come with kids, staring begging, even going as far as touching which is definitely not okay, apart from that, seems good.

They serve the best and the most authentic kashmiri chai in town, I have to visit this place everytime I am anywhere around Akbari Gate. You get an option to add samosa or malai to your chai, for which ofcourse you have to pay extra. I usually ask for both. Ask him to serve you in a kulhad instead of the ceramic bowl. Yesterday I tried their Lassi for the first time and it was so refreshing and light, unlike some of the places where they put a thick layer of rabri and sprinkle dry fruits on top and spoil the taste. Not a staunch follower of 'Kashmiri' Chai in Chowk Area, I simply love the real 'Kahwa' they have in Kashmir. This one tastes more like a hot Roohafza, nothing spectacular. The plus side being that the place is open till late, 12AM. All in all, if you visit this side of town, you can drink it in one go and tick it off your list.
