Al Madheena Restaurant - Chicken restaurant in Nedumbassery - Ernakulam, India

I had a biriyani , food was delicious and service also good.

Me and my friends had a chance to visit this hotel on 19/04/2023. We were 8 people. Ordered 3 biryanis, 3 biriyani rice, chapathi, porotta and chicken curry. While eating I got a feather from the chicken curry and I have complained it to the man at the counter and supplier. The supplier was a North indian guy who can't even speak malayalam properly. He told me that the feather came into the curry by mistake and he went off. They were not at all bothered about the incident. After this we all quit eating and went near the cash counter and raised a concern regarding the issue to the cashier. No one was serious about the issue. Finally when we asked them for the bill, they even added the price of half chicken curry instead of full chicken curry. When I ask him why he has added the money for half chicken curry from which I've got feathers in it. They told me that they have only added the price of half chicken curry instead of full curry because there were two pieces in it and you have got feathers from only one piece and that's why they billed for half curry. What a statement!!!!!!! Good Lord. Please note friends. The above hotel is really focused only on business and they are not at all committed to their service. I'm not here by attaching any photos or video footage of the incident here. If anyone needs to know about the truthfulness of the incident, I can prove it as I have the valid proof of it. Hell Full experience from this worst hotel and worst staff.

Very worst experience they are not serious about serving food they are focused on business. Ordered for a parcel and they shouted and said "give some us time to pack it" but they didn't packed the food even they forgot about my order after 15 minutes the guy is the bill said waiting forgot to pack it !! waiting for a already cooked curry, and at last I got my ordered parcel of 2 egg masala instead I got boiled egg inn green peas curry. Really making fking business. Their business is bases because of this hotel is straight infront of Airport they know what ever gives people will have it

Food is ok ok...but customer service is utter flop

I don't know how the food is, but when i entered the restaurant my eyes were burning and started coughing. It was morning today at 11am & the staff said we were putting some acid to kill mosquitoes but it was not the right time to implement this acid or poisonous pesticide. At that time a person was also eating food and he was in tears because his eyes were burning. So kindly do not do such things in dining time, if it is necessary so you should do it early in the morning or after the dining. If you are implementing it, you should close the restaurant and do it, otherwise its like you are putting a suicide mode. So kindly avoid such things.
