It is a great place to hangout with friends and family when you would like to throw out a party. You got plenty of options in combos and single items. The combos are quite good when which will satisfy the hunger. Taste wise...yea it is great when you compare it with the KFC. They serve you really hot food although KFC doens't serve you that way. And when it comes to the ambience, it is great to take pics along with your friends and dine in there. It will be quite during the afternoons so take take the advantages of the afternoons.

I had lot of expectations with Al-Baik (I had missed visiting Al-Baik in Saudi Arabia),Walked in to taste it in Hubli. Staff is polite but service is slow ambience is good and tables are clean, was expected the signature masala taste inside the chicken but to the surprise it was plain without any masala inside, staff had forgotten to provide the myonese. No water inside had to buy Goli soda (citric) which costs you 70 rupees and taste exactly same as Miranda. Could be improved and better options can be added to the menu.

Superb taste.....can be a tough competitor to KFC ....... Chicken lovers do visit......

Excellent treat for your taste buds... I find it much better than KFC infact. If you are health conscious for yourself or your family, and want to replace your carbonated drink/coke with any other item of equivalent value, they are very much accommodating. Good food, good service. It has become a routine for us now.

Worst service and customer experience. Poor packaging. Not even dips and glass/cups for drinks. Served in open tray not even preserving heat and tenderness. Dips are served in paper box not even plastic container. Buns/breads not given. No French fries part of meal. Worst thing worst ever air condition not working. Suffocating in dining area. Bad contaminated oil used. Over all worst experience and waste of money. Not worth to revisit.
