I went to mannadi for iftar delight, but we reached late, the street was empty, so one of my friend suggested we will try mandhi today, so we searched for a authentic Arabic restaurant for mandhi, we found Al Arz Restaurant, firstly we called them asking do they have mandhi for 3 ppl, lucky they had it, we where so excited tasting mandhi at chennai, We rushed there but they gave as normal seating, and said minimum 4 ppl so that they will allow inside the tent set up, we requested them so hardly because it was so cool there inside finally they accepted and allowed us inside. We ordered mandhi biriyani, chicken bbq, and mutton sheek kabab, they gave a complementary mutton soup, it was so hot and taste was mind blowing. They took good care of us and the service was so quick and gave a peaceful privacy while dining. Do wear a mask and must try there mandhi and chill with your family and friends, no regrets after having our dinner at AL ARZ.

Overly priced food. 190 for a fried rice. The quantity was less and they served the food on broken crockeries. Even the interior is bad. One of their hand wash sink was jammed with water. Their wallpapers are coming off. Even their water bottles on the table are so old and looks like they are arrant cleaned well. Not recommend.

We had Hot & Sour Soup and Mandhi Briyani here and the food was really good. The atmosphere is good too, but they need to maintain a better hygienic one! From the service side, not much active at all as the server looked out of focus and we had to call him every time! Last the one that spoilt the entire lunch was the Kunafa dessert we tried. For such pricing they should provide the best, but it's not the case here, taste was below average for such pricing!

We dined in today order chicken mandhi , chicken fried rice and mutton fried rice taste was good. I see ambience is good but not clean and hygiene they have to clean and improve hygiene of this hotel . We was rat and cockroaches roaming around the paces . Service is not up to the mark .

The ambience is too good.. It is situated in Mannady (near Beach station) I tried their Mutton Mandi briyani the taste is amazing They also have large space to eat upto 7 people's at same...

We went at around 7 pm to eat Mandi biriyani. Having been previously visited there before I had high expectations on the food. But the quality of food we received on that day was below average. Recommended to visit during noon time if you're trying for Mandi.

We had Chicken Mandi Single..Taste was good. Portion is more than enough for 2 ppl. If it's little hot, it'll be taste better. Must try..

Situated near Beach station. I tried north Indian food , and the food tasted okay. Service wise no spoon was provided, take 5 mins to get a spoon. The clanness of this place can be improved. We tried fried rice , chilli chicken and roti. The food was tasty moreover this is the best restaurant in that area if you are looking for hygiene food options with North Indian style. Over all experience was okay. Meet my expectations as I had not expected much before entering the restaurants.
