Visited Hospital for health checkup on 06/10/2023, the staff were not fully functional. Though they had given timing of 8.00 AM yet staff did not arrive on seats. After taking all samples when we asked for reports they said we should personally come and collect after 24 hours or next day. I insisted to provide via electronically either on WhatsApp or email the staff refused saying they don't equip such facilities. The hospital may employ cheap or substantially low salaried staff. Some of the staff seems to be handling accounts his behaviour is no less than a terrorist who terrorized me. The health department must check all staff credentials either they hold good valid certificates. Further the health department must check whether it has a valid resident medical officer at all times. When I visited to complain to the Admin, he was not available, Overall it is unsafe to diagnose at this hospital. I have decided to file an affidavit to the government of Karnataka stating this hospital is below standards prescribed by the department. The billing department also bills excessively be it one rupee. I have paid via card but yet they round off.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit a top-tier hospital. The exceptional care and cooperation of the staff left me truly impressed. My heartfelt thanks to the entire team for their dedication and professionalism. This experience reaffirms my faith in the healthcare system. Gratitude!

I visited Al Ansaar Hospital in 2020 during the challenging times of COVID-19. I wanted to take a moment now to express my heartfelt appreciation to the hospital and a particular orthopedic doctor whose name I unfortunately cannot recall. At that time, I had been to another reputed hospital, and they advised me to undergo a knee MRI and even consider surgery due to persistent pain. However, upon visiting the orthopedic doctor at Al Ansaar Hospital, I was relieved to hear a completely different opinion. The doctor assured me that my condition was normal and that the pain would subside naturally. I trusted their judgment, and I am so glad I did. It has been three years now, and I am pain-free, with no need for any surgical intervention. Thanks to this doctor's expertise and care, I was spared from unnecessary surgery and potential complications. I know it's a bit late to share this review, but I felt it was essential to express my gratitude. The staff at Al Ansaar Hospital were always courteous and professional, making my experience even better. I highly recommend Al Ansaar Hospital and their outstanding medical team. The emergency at this hospital is treated as a casual check up. Even the way the staff walks slowly during emergency says a lot about the management. It's the absolute worst hospital in Mysore. Just a fancy building with incompetent staff including doctors. We lost someone because of their negligence. YOU DEFINITELY DO NOT WANT TO GO HERE. Most of the five star ratings are because they know someone in the hospital or because of STOCKHOLM SYNDROME.

Worst hospital ever... Doctors are not available here... Always the doctor is on leave.. When we call for appointment they call us 1 hour early and the doctor himself comes late... Moreover we consult one doctor and next time when we go for a follow up he's not available... Unwilling we have to consult another doctor who doesn't even give proper treatment... Better to go for a private clinic where the same doctor is always available rather than going to this hospital n take incomplete treatment from multiple doctors each time who doesn't even know ur health history... Note: before paying the consultation fee make sure tht the doctor ur going to consult is available regularly or else don't show here... Better to take treatment from a single doctor as each doctor have their own way of treatment which may not suit some patients.. Always disappointed

As per the expectations is not upto mark. The service is very poor. Staff is not cooperative. Doctor's are good treatment is also good but nurse staff is not good.
