mashaallah best gym in the falaknuma, with good infrastructures and with good trainer(md al amoodi sahab), with low and afforadable prices, on 1 st floor there is cardio gym with all highly tech machines and on ground floor there is normal and standard gym with fully ventilated hall and with best machines, if you live in old city these place is very good for you
Where do I start,after a long gap this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent breeze coming off the railway track. Once you enter the gym It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer here(mohammed Bhai) , he is eager to help and will to take time with you. Also he understand what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.
They are charging for gest and that to 100 bucks that not even a proper gym and not have proper equipments.
The best place I have ever seen in my life . The Amodi fitness zone is like my second home , I feel relax by coming here . This is best gym with good equipments and machines.
