The worst experience i have had. I would never recommend this place. They submitted my documents 10 days late very well knowing the date of my flights. I had to then change my flights and also my stay abroad which incurred me a lot of extra expenses. I was in denial of paying 50% of the visa fee to them because of their poor service, then the staff has accused me and my father for doing a fraud. No compensation in any way has been given also. Worst customer service.

I will give them 5 stars but nowadays they are not care about their customers satisfaction, when the flight cancelled, they have to refund them. But they only give credit shells to purchase another ticket only.

It has different name & can confuse you. Make sure you confirm. And their service is good.
