The flights were highly congested and did not meet even economy standards. I recommend considering Gulf Air instead of SpiceJet for a more comfortable experience. The package did not include room cleaning services, requiring guests to handle room and washroom cleaning themselves. The laundry service was slow, with only two instances of service in Mecca and two in Madina throughout the entire 14-day tour. The quality of food in Mecca was subpar, and despite complaints, there was no improvement. On the other hand, the food in Madina was satisfactory. There were significant communication issues between local agents and service providers on a day-to-day basis. Be prepared for last-minute surprises, such as hotel or room changes and uncertainties about the location of passports. This can be particularly challenging in a new country, especially for women and elderly individuals. The tour guide requires significant improvement in terms of service and communication. The actual service did not match what was presented in the promotional WhatsApp video. Despite numerous complaints to the tour guide about the poor service, no visible improvements or actions were taken. During the return journey to Solapur, many faced challenges, including issues with the train ticket booked by Abrar bhai. Booking an Ola from the airport to Dadar station was not possible due to technical issues. People struggled to transport their bags outside the airport, as cabs were unwilling to enter. Additionally, airport trolleys were not allowed outside. I personally managed to book a private vehicle to take me home. The purpose of this review is not to give a negative portrayal of Al Abrar Tours but to ensure that future customers have clear expectations and are not misled by promotional videos.
