Akshya E centre Thamarassery - Government office in Thamarassery - Kozhikode, India

The worst center ever visited in my life. The staffs don't know how to behave with a costomer. They treat costomer like servents. They don't take any responsibility for the service they have done. Most of the sttaf doesn't have basic knowledge about getting things done though internet.

They don't know anything. Very bad behaviour. They don't even do basic things and give us the private contact. So we have to find out private dealers.

Personally I had very bad experience from Thamarassery Akshaya centre. The way they treat people is very bad. They act like they have no responsibility to the public. I'm not satisfied with their customer service. I will never approach to this particular Akshaya center. Totally worst service

Staffs behavior Seems like they are managing whole state.

Service is good but the number staffs are less because of that customers have to wait for long time for their turn

Not all staffs have the knowledge for getting things done through internet. So it will take time

Worst place with a bunch of women of zero knowledge and attitude as huge as a centre itself
