Biggest shopping centre located at the heart of Neyyatinkara. But outdated and started decaying. Some areas look like a haunted area due to poor housekeeping.

A shopping complex owned by Neyyatinkara municipality, which houses Passport seva Kendra, Kerala lottery office, Neyyatinkara court related offices, lot of other mobile shops, banks, textile and all.

Needed better facilities and management. Shops must have created according to customer needs.try to keep the complex in a hygiene way.

Not a clean place. Have to improve neatness. Please make maintanance on building.

Very good experience. If there is parking facility for vehicles, it would be better
