Food is very delicious. Staff are very cordial & very honest and humble. I had forgot my purse with all my very important documents in it at the Restaurant after my breakfast. The staff tried their best to trace me immediately calling my hotel- about which I had casually revealed about while talking to them. They have shown very good gesture having returned it in as is where is condition on my arrival and when offered gift, never accepted it showing their generosity. Humanity still persists in the world!! Would like to visit whenever I visit Mysuru again. Very much impressed with their concern and treating Customers

Don't expect too much of its average hotels.. Have their own resturant... veg food was good. Less spicy. Small kids can also have food there..

I didn't stay there. But I tried to book a hotel over call. Response was like the worst I got. When they responded like that while booking itself I can understand how they treat after checking in. Please show some respect to customers.

The manager acted like he was in Marriott or something. No blankets, no towels, no soap, no doormat. When we asked, my man just said no and showed attitude like it was our fault or something. We literally had to fight for a DOORMAT. They refused to give us an extra bad, so one of HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR. It's easily the worst hotel stay ever.

Went for a delayed lunch. Thali was good but judgement is reserved as one out of two persons later had severe stomach the next day. The cause might have been other things than this good food.

My very first hotel stay with family. Rooms are very clean, veg restaurant attached. delivery food to room. Decent amount, spacious rooms. heat water came 24hours. Friendly manager. Book the hotel by direct website or call and book. No extra charges. All travel websites charge 10 to 15 percentage extra than the actual cost. Room is located 7 km from city railway station and bus stand. That's is the only issue. But auto available in affordable cost by ola

We took a big room as we had 3 adults and 2 kids. Room was extremely good and clean with comfortable to the core. I preferred hotel with veg restaurant which is best as we travel with kids. Restaurant food is good. Nearby to all key places of mysore. Car parking available. Strongly recommend to everyone
