I had a wonderful experience from this place. I really got help and my work is done when there was little chance for it.. Just to help me everyone including the one who runs it and all who works in it put their mind, heart and aoul together and I know that it is just because they firmly believe that it is their duty, responsibility and service. Thanks a lot

From my experience direct office experience is ok..but if we call for an enquiry they are least interested to answer or transfer the call to desk.If you are not interested in attending the call please dont publish the phone numbers.

Very bad and rude experience from one of the staffs. Came for the Aadhaar updation of my disabled kid. Their attitude towards my disabled kid caused me a lot of mental agony. She returned my application and asked me to come another day. I begged that lady, it is not an easy job to come again another day with my kid. she doesn't consider my emotions. Finally i dropped the plan to update my kids adhar. it hurted me a lot .This is how they behaved towards a mother of a child with disability... On the same day, I got it done from another akshya cente, changanacherry. The guy was very cooperative and friendly.

It's mostly crowded but the staff are cooperative to assist and cater even to the older crowds. They need to run the Air Conditioners to avoid suffocation while so many people inside the cabins. Overall it's a fair place and responses are quick.

Very rude and not giving proper guidance , simple keep customers waiting, pathetic services
