Very crowded. Me and my cousin went there to update his adhaar card photo. They have token system. As the network was very slow he had to wait till evening to update the photo. You have to collect application from first floor and updation is done on the 2nd floor.

Most crowded service centre in our circle and Iam posting this feedback for an employer of this institution I met, I don't know his name. Among all this crowd, he is handling every costumers from gents, ladies, old people, children and managing them with appropriate consideration and respect. From a day of waiting and starving, I realised that all employers give equal consideration to everyone by token system. Who come first is first. Keep it up crews.

Good service. They have token system to manage the crowd. As the number of customers is high and the centre provides good service, you should bear with high wait time. But they could make arrangements for calling of tokens through mike or through digital display. Otherwise the customer would miss the low voice call from the staff. Hope they will improve on this.
