Visited this Akshaya Centre to update aadhaar for my daughter. It is an Aadhaar Enrolment Centre opposite to SK Hospital and is super busy. It is a small cramped space suffocatingly filled with staff and waiting customers. It is based on token system but the wait is too long. There is only staff member assigned for Aadhar Enrolment. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get the Aadhar updated, a process that took hardly a couple of mins. If you are a senior citizen or with small kids, they allow you to cut the queue. Smart people take the token in the morning and go off. Then they come at some point later and are allowed to cut the queue while waiting customers who sit and sweat there are pushed further in the wait. The lady at the Aadhar Enrolment desk knew the job and completed the process quickly. As expected, the photo is taken with a webcam in poor lighting and is not that good. It is probably better to find out when they are relatively free and visit it to reduce the wait time. As for improvement, some kind of parallel processing or additional staff for Aadhar Enrolment will help. Often families come and spend lot of time filling forms, clarifying doubts etc. will the desk staff sits idle. People lower in the queue probably can finish their work if this idle time can be used effectively. Maybe a staff can assist people in filling the forms and getting ready, while people who have completed such things can visit the counter and get their work done even if they are slightly down in the token order.
Extremely crowded at all times. The staff there range from Disrespectful to Fine. Not a good option for elderlies Once it gets crowded you will suffocate in there

One of the best. The crowd was threateningly lot. But the staff were quite approachable and helpful. Excellent team here. They direct you appropriately and do ensure your work is done..... great job!
5 star to the facilities available. Give your name once you reach there and then take a seat. You will be called according to your turn. Very efficient staff. Also have the facility.for aadhar update
