The location is good, right on main road, near JNTU college, but the function hall is very small. Hall doesn't accommodate large group, dining also small. No particular parking slots, but AC was good. It's good for medium sized functions. On fourth floor service rooms available, good. Some maintenance needed with toilets. Otherwise ok.
