Excellent service provides by staff, there was no delay in updating the details. Was able to come out within 25 mts. They also respond to our calls.

Employees should be trained more to know about the supporting documents required for any application. Recently I have visited to renew passport and they asked for 3 supporting documents. I was having an address update and have only gas connection bill as a supportinh document. They raised their hands and give up. I directly applied online in PSK and it's done with the same gas connection bill.

It's a very crowded place most of the time. But we can't blame the staff, they do things at their best, but the problem is, the number of staff is not sufficient to serve everyone who comes. Since the office is on the first floor, space is very much restricted. This is another reason of crowd

Very fast service and good staff

Went to get my aadhaar ... Was done in less than an hour... Only 2 staffs in a small room... Make prior appointment and reach early as possible... Earlier the better... U also get other services and applications for govt related documents like birth certificate, application for certificates like possession certificate n stuff like that.... It's not definitely not a learning Centre...
