Akshaya E Governance Centre Malayinkeezhu - Government office in Malayinkeezh - Thiruvananthapuram, India

I have not got this kind of experience from any other akshya centers in Kerala. we can understand their stress nd workload,but it's their duty to do it since they are paid by the government. The staffs are working slowly making entire waste of people's time. I went there to make a change in my ration card.waited for almost an hour .The NXT day I came to know that they had not properly uploaded the given documents even I have paid for it . Later I do it by myself. Then what's the role of these akshya centers? I didn't even want to go there once again.

Very poor customer relationship Front Office lady is very arrogant and not good to deal the senior citizens She is not giving respect to senior citizens. Akshaya Malayinkeezhu franchise please deal it properly ,its your responsibility to correct it and give proper instruction to all the staffs there.

Very bad service... Behavior of staff is not good.

No token system . People take their turn for granted . There is no queue . Absolute chaos .

Very bad experience..they didn't gve receipt.also staff behaviour is very worst especially reception lady who collect cash.very bad service compared to other akshya centers.

It was a very bad experience;The Reception official is very ridicule,not ready to hear even what we are arguing.Services are overcharged
