Good and fast service, most of the online public/ govt related jobs done here, people are mostly coming here for adhaar card , passport services, pan card, village certificates etc... Other online services.

Good service but very crowded and limited space

I only had a short while in here so take my openion with a grain of salt. The people here are well experienced, I would say too experienced maby cunning. My friend wanted an E Aadhaar to upload to a site, an employee here told him that they can't send him the PDF version and he has to get a print and then scan it as the downloaded PDF gets it's validity only after printing.

Quite different from other akshaya center because of the way of treating people. Most of the akshaya center staffs showing arrogant behavior towards us. Here it's entirely different and the jobs are executing very well too.

Kerala State run center to help community with online services like Aadhaar, mobile top up, updates on govt portal, etc. Friendly and efficient staff.

Service is good. So there will often be crowds.
