Very helpful place but honestly the staff are also helpless due to heavy crowd, mostly people who are not cyber friendly and need real assistance. So, sometimes their behavior may seem rude but I understand their situation too. We are all humans after all. The main chettan is so nice and friendly though, I know him for many years, hats off to his dedication.

The worst service. I asked a simple question and they couldn't have the basic manners to answer me. Try to learn to respect people, its a very basic human nature to be kind to your fellow beings.
