Bad service, time waste for customers and all the time when me approach the akshaya no interest connection

Good customer service but always crowded

Worst experience had to face.fron last 3 months onwards Im going there to change the phone number that I had registered on my Aadhar.bt whenever I'm going there they will say one or the other reason,like server pblm or software pblm .and my doubt is how can a govt office can work without server for 3months.
