Worst service!!! Staffs are rude in nature. They have enough customers, due to that reason they will not care about their satisfaction. Better go to the nearest centre situated at Muttar jn which is only 2Km from pandalam.
No waiting time, all works done professionally with experienced and dedicated staff.
One of the worst centers I have ever seen. A total waste of time visiting there. The lady staff kept on telling new rules as if they were lazy and least interested to upload my request in the system. They had a terrible attitude and sense of pride as if they are the ones who created the laws of this country and not at all listening to what the customer wants to clarify. Still imagining what kind of people are being employed here.
One of the best public service institution I have ever seen. Situated at the heart of Pandalam with a team of very decent and well behaved staffs. As per my experience I have got my query resolved within no time. Enough parking space is an advantage.
One of the worst Akshaya Center i have seen in Kerala That is Pandalam. The behavior of staffs were Rude. No one have any basic knowledge felt like illiterate people are sitting with worst & Rude behavior. This Akshaya service & this such kind of illiterate people are only In KERALA..None of the states are having this kind of terrible service. Never ever make difficulties to the common people. Here not ready to understand the problem of a Customer also no resolution at all. Ridiculous service !!!!! I giving humble request to close this Stupid institutes & give direct service to the customer.
A bit overcrowded at times. A lack of organisation or tocken facilities may make the experience tiresome and time wasting for people looking for services. The staff are not very courteous or helpful.
Excellent and co-operative staffs working there. All the staff members are friendly and quick sevices.
Can improve arrangements using token system for each type of transaction. Now it's very time consuming in this centre.
