Next to Connemara market in Saphallyam Complex, a downsized version of Friends Janasevana Kendram, ill-managed with a set of mediocre staff who are not at all result oriented, some regular customers spending more than an hour at the counter testing the patience and wasting precious time of others in the queue, very congested and saffocating atmosphere, .... literally "full of sound and fury signifying nothing." In the evenings, the place doubles as a creche as well with cartoon movies and series and similar songs being played from one of the desktop computers. The minimum wait time is 2 hours, which may stretch to one full day. Just to avoid overcrowding and to promote competition for the benefit of customers, it is suggested that "Friends" which is just a flight of stairs above should also be revitalised and put to better use.

The way towards the building is a bit before the road showing in the map. don't worry u can just figer it out when u reach there

Very bad service... And bad behavior

Excellent service. I have visited more than 20 times last few years. Good example for a good office.All staffs are good in character(being friendly).Fast service(no any deliberate delay in work). Chair and water is provided for the visitors.

Really bad experience... They gave me the schedule 20 days later just for updating the name in Aaadhar. No customers were there during my visit. I requested as it bit urgent, but no use. They told me that Aadhar software will get closed after 5pm. I dont understand the logic behind this, I am an Engineer and I works in IT domain... Interaction towards customers is so bad...

The best akshaya office in tvm Jalaja aunty is so helpful... Every staff is so humble and responds very clearly to all our doubts.

Worst experience .... All the lady staffs behave as if we are going there to beg... Such an indecent behaviour and attitude... I strongly recommend for a complaint box to be kept right in front of the office. There should be some method to conduct a feedback survey from the people because such offices are now unavoidable for common people. Strict measures to be taken based on the survey so that they don't dare to behave likewise in future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst akshaya centre... Plz don't go here, you won't get anything from here , even the staffs are rude.
