They will take a minimum of 15 minutes even to take a photostat. Going there for taking a photocopy will only waste your time. When I visited there was two staff but only one is doing all the jobs and is experienced. If I have to wait this long I can't think of going there for another service. The center is not crowded actually but the staff makes it crowded by doing things slowly as possible.

Today, I came here to renew my Aadhar. The lady here was not at all interested in helping and told me to go to the municipality office. Later, I went to another akshaya center and got it renewed. If the facility to do it is not there, she could have told me to go to the akshaya that has it instead of misleading.

The worst Akshaya Centre ever. They wont pick up the phone any time. I visted 6 times to update my aadhar and they will only waste our time with excuses like no electricity, sir is not there, server down, busy, etc....Atlast i visited another akshaya centre and did the adhar updation in just 20mins. This akshaya is a perfect example of worst service like that of government offices.

It was a good experience, staff members are very much helpful. Tocken system will reduces the rush, so it's a good action taken by the team. Moreover they hear all peoples problems and give them a better solutions. One staff is only sitting for PF associated computer work, I think it is a good thing.

I never had experienced such an excellent service in a government office. They welcomes each and every person with a smile, understands wht we require and would do what they could to make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving the center. I would like to specially mention Ms. Raji and Mr.Vinod for the excellent service they have provided. I will definetely recommend them as a benchmark of customer handling, effective resolution for each customer concern and how a government official can be. Once again thanks to Ms. RAJI and Mr. VINOD for making me realize my misconception that government procedures in a government office is hectic. Now i realize its not the procedures but its the attitude that counts.

Pathetic!! Inefficient office. Donot know how to deal with things. Preferential treatment given to some people. Perfect example of govt offices in Kerala wasting our time and energy

New Aadhar and Aadhar enrollment Update will b very fast... Such excellent service ....

Worst experience.. Some of the staff are very rude and not guiding old and illiterate people properly...they think it's their own property and Public are beggers ...
