This is one of the two Akshaya centres in pathiripala. I had a terrible experience here. One of the staff ( I beleive she is the main person ) was rude and unhelpful, and she behaves as in she is giving free services . We pay for the service yet her rude behaviour and the way she treat people is just unacceptable. Moreover, they misleading people with false information and make the process more complicated. I would not recommend this place to anyone. To agents-- Customers are not some slaves and you people are not providing any free services. First learn how to behave.
This is the Akshaya Center in Pathirippala in Palakkad road, its not easily visible from the road. Its beside the Vaidyamadham Vaidyasala branch Pathirippala. All applications to government in digital manner can be done here. Some payments to Government can also be made here.
Only one person is handling all tickets.. other employees are just sitting and redirecting the tickets to that employee and busy with their Mobile phones... Pathetic service .
