They do not provide services on changing details in our aadhar card i went there to change my phone number linked to my aadhar and they couldn't do it.

Not attending phone when called, waste of time

Throughly professional and helpful. The staffs are friendly and polite. All ID proof related services are done here.

I went here for a PF Transfer and they asked me to wait. After some time, they called me and said the pf website 'might' be down and didn't even bother to check if it was down and again asked me to wait. When another customer came in, he was given priority and they assisted him while I was still waiting ! I mean how long does it take to check if a website is down ? Wish I could give them zero star rating !!!! Very poor customer service, irresponsible staff and not at all organised. Kindly either replace the staff or shut it down. What good a place like this is if no one there can assist people approaching them ?

Not too good. The staff is asking for unwanted documents for a simple application. So delay the staffs are.

I had very worst experience from here. You can't change mobile number of your Aadhaar card from here. The mobile number given for Service is out of order.if you want to get good service from Akshya I recommend you to go Thirumala Akshya center. Only 3 km from this centre. You will get good service from there. If you can't give service.close it

Very poor service. Staffs are not responsible and rude towards customers.kindly replace the staffs.They do not know how to deal with the customers.
