If I could give a minus rating I would , this was the worst experience ever. I had applied for a new adhaar through this centre and I waited 28 days for an update but whenever I go to this centre either they would say to check online or say the site is showing an error. When I called the adhaar helpline recently they let me know that I would have to enroll again as the centre I applied did not update the details properly into the system . Thanks to this centre I had to just run around wasting my time and money for nothing.
I have a bad opinion of the institution. I went there for a thing and they told me to wait for 5 minutes, after I waited for about 30 minutes I got out of there and went to the private Cafe and did it. Institutions like these that are supposed to benefit people are located in a cramped building in an empty corner of the city. Can't stand the smell of urine and fish there.
Very bad experience as 2 times ive enrolled for my sons new adhar card and 3 months later still no update and in processing. Not satisfied with the customer support too
Think of another Akshaya center before going here. All process are very time taking. Even if you kill time, you don't get the things done here. Very poor costumer service.
These guys delay a process of getting anything by asking you to fill un necessary forms and ask to kill time. I personally have a bad experience here.
The Mallappally Akshaya centre located inside the Pvt. Bus stand. Good Service, ready to help and because of that the center is always busy. (Akshaya, an ambitious endeavor of the State of Kerala was inaugurated by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, on November 18, 2002, The Mission of Akshya Centre is to Improve public service delivery by making services accessible to 'the common man' in her/his locality).
Opens at 9.30 but there is no staff to offer services. If you don't want to waste your time, go to Vennikulam.
