Really bad team of women running an akshya center.. A worst example of women empowerment which shows why companies are hiring males over woman. I think most of them are uneducated idiots.. The main women tinkle joshy .. She makes the procedures double complicated. Just for a small change in any documents she ask all proofs from birth certificate to death certificate.. She should first understand u r running a private service for govt.. Complaints can shut ur buisness

The worst customer experience one would ever get is from this service centre. The lady Tinkle Joshy and her staff should close this service center so that another person would get a chance to open one in the same area. She is an example of how one can be most arrogant and irresponsible to common people. She is not going to change even after getting slaps from her customers. Please don't choose this service center, there is another one in Kanakkary. I feel sorry for the aged people who still goes to her getting humiliated

Really bad behaviuor from staff . treating others very disrespectfully who they think they are. Relly arrogant and irritating beahviour . I wish i could rate zero star .im a victim of there blunder action wich caused waste of my time and delayed my purpose. .....#@*

Worst service .. employees are arrogant . There is a lady who just shouted at us when we asked for an updated e version of aadhar ,which she could generate with click of a button. They are reluctant to give any useful information or help the needy. . They consider others common man as idiot. I would complain a petition against the lady and the guy at the Akshaya center for mentally harassing my parents .infact I am going to..

The worst Akshaya centre. Very bad experience..Staffs are not professionals...Making many mistakes in personal details. Very high service charge and poor service...Kanakkari Akshaya is the best in our area...They are not deserving even a single star...

The lady sitting in the front with the laptop behaves as if she invented Computer. The primary motive of the staff is to find a reason and delay the process. Very bad service and really worried with the way they are treating older people. 0 star.

There were lot of errors in the application form they typed. Had to visit them multiple times for corrections. It will create so much inconvenience for elderly people who may not be able to review and correct before submitting itself.

I wish If there was an option to give no star. The worst customer service ever. The staff was not at all helpful and did not have the interest to help. Please choose other centres for your needs.
