The worst service! * Staffs aren't efficient do anything in the centre. * it takes several hours to complete a simple task. * PC's and their network are slower than a snail. * Charges a lot. Can post this review without rating that's because I gave that 1 star, otherwise they don't deserve that either!
Please avoid this place. Your entore day will be spoiled with the kind of attitude and behaviour of the people there. Approached them for aadhar services and they were demanding exorbitant amounts despite of having many sign boards there which says aadhar services are free!!. I politely asked that aren't aadhar services supposed to be free and their response was unacceptable and unprofessional.
Bad fellows are sitting there and no guidance is giving. They want only money. they charged high amount for my aadhar card which was done in mistake. i am not received the aadhar. After that I gone to GPO Trivandrum and done it correctly with minimum government charge. We are from ut side Kerala. they charged high amount. third rated performance.
Worst service ever had in ma life..Went there twice and never got our things done..They have Aadhar service only from 11am to 2pm from Monday to Friday.But that female comes only at 12 and will take 1hr to connect the internet and keep all customers waiting and shows the worse attitude on earth..Will rate 0/5.The office doesnt look like a govt entity but looks like a godown.Went to ulloor branch and got the service within seconds.All staffs are so humble.Will rate 5/5.
Most suitable place in all certificates and ration card service. Staffs are so friendly
Very poor performance. Making abnormal delay in any process connected with government certificates. The behaviour of the staffs are very poor and irritating
Pathetic , irresponsible staff . They behave very rudely and threatening to citizen , they do not accept valid documents and argues more.
Staff are extremely rude. Better don't go there and waste time. There are other centres providing much better service.

One of the best. The crowd was threateningly lot. But the staff were quite approachable and helpful. Excellent team here. They direct you appropriately and do ensure your work is done..... great job!
5 star to the facilities available. Give your name once you reach there and then take a seat. You will be called according to your turn. Very efficient staff. Also have the facility.for aadhar update
