Mostly crowded. Good for all govt related online services.
Long wait and delay in processing. We have to take tokens if available in order to escape from the crowd. The staff informed me that tokens till September were allotted and the next session will be after that. What will people do when we want your service urgently and you guys keep delaying it? Atleast make some changes and find ways to provide services on time.
No systematic arrangement. It feels so pity that people are standing there for hours and the one who arrived last gets their work done. Staffs take a long time for filling a form. Not at all satisfied with their service.
