I feel astonished to see the one star rating... Then how did the honorable government of kerala award this center with the title of one of the best center in kerala.. Daily there are around 200-250 people visiting for various purposes and it is quite natural for some delay... They have kept around three main rooms for working of a single center for smooth functioning...(I don't know any other centres working in such a large space to accommodate the load) I have been there for various needs like aadhar, pan card, bank, scholarship, neet and aiims application and so on... Everytime I see a lot of people there, and I haven't felt any bitter experience from them... And what I understand is that, no one is ready to wait a second (the problem of our century)... So in order to get the first position in que, they just use their educational qualifications or profession... Once when I was there for doing my keam registration, I heard a man shouting that he is from government sector and cannot wait a second... How can the staffs tolerate these.. Even if they agree the fellow people waiting for the service will surely shout at them, bcz value of time is same for everyone.. So I feel that having patience will surely do good to us, wherever we may be . So before being arrogant , just think whether justice is denied or not...We are ready to wait hours in government office, but not even a second in such private offices (working under kerala IT mission)..a sort of complex.. I went there to fix aadhar entry and to apply for passport. They were well behaved and they know everything that was required. For aadhar entry you have to call them in advance and book the slot. Waiting time is usually high for aadhar entry.

Worst Akshaya center I ever visited, not even basic knowledge for filling and applying various forms. I request to go Poovattuparamba or other nearby Akshaya centre

Akshaya E centre was organised to help citizens to get all the services from Govt departments through one agency. Citizens can get salary, caste, nativity, mortgage etc through this agency. The aadhar card registration, updation, amendments, change of photo etc are done over here. One can update his Pan card can over here. A large number of persons are depending this centre for variois works but because of the insufficient staff and infrastructure the waiting time over here is very high and in many cases one should go to this centre many times for one work
