The place overall is very bad. The place has very bad staff. Their behaviour towards coustomers is so bad. They behaves like they are the king and treats coustomers like coustomers are their servants. The staff made a mistake while doing my service and they didn't accept it that they made a mistake. They shouted at me for questioning them. I am going to give a complaint against them. The place only has a few seets for coustomer to sit while waiting. When i went there, i went early (9:30 in the morning [it was a public holiday, that's why it opened late] ) and became the first coustomer so there was no rush. But if there is rush those seets will not be sufficient. Also there is no appropriate place for queue. The place is also not user friendly. When new coustomers arrive they don't know what to do or in which section they need to go. So they usually wait in some random queue and when it's their turn they tell their required service and they are usually sent to another queue where they have to wait again. Here there is no effective way of dealing coustomers.

The officers are very bad. Especially the women officer at the Aadhaar update.

The employers in this Akshaya Centre can't have enough knowledge about what they're doing, even They are not ready to hear the complaints and make people wait unnecessarily. The arrogant and Ignorant staffs of this Akshya centere can't know how to handle and behave to the common people.

If u have patience, do visit .always rush .
