Prepare for a long wait.Lacking sufficient number of staff.Unorganized. There is tocken system. One of the staff surrounded with frustrated customers, some of them are get benefited without priority. Only 2 staff and endless customers. Each customers will take minimum 10-15 minutes. Due to the long waiting period most of the people will leave before their turn comes. But the staff present in the chairs doing their best.

They are highly professional. They are giving their best to help us. Even if you wait for sometime you won't get disappointed.
Bad experience...3 hours waiting not responding...
There is no tocken system, time waste, long waiting. I was waiting there for around 2 and half hours for service after giving application details, no one called my name, when I enquired they said I am the next person, but they didn't call me as next, they called their favourable people. Left the place without getting service after 2 and half hours.

Used to be a good center but now filled with rude staffs, one short lady was arguing with people why they are coming morning for PF services and they opened the office around 10 while it is showing 9:30 in Google.
