Akshaya E Centre Kodannur - District government office in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

They have charged Rs.50 for renewing the Aadhaar card and in the receipt they are mentioning that they have charged '0' . On asking, they say it is their service charge.

I dont know why there is so much negative comment. I had the best experience ever good service. Madam in the front desk soumya will do the work i rate five

Services not at all worth full and losing money only. First of all , they don't know what are the documents required for each services. Example, pan card correction based on Aadhar card , they are only need to sign a form and two photograph , they are charging 420 and no payment receipt. But this way submitting customer will lose money . If you go to other Aashya Centre then you come to know what are the documents required. This way documents submitting customer will come to know after month or late your submitted application rejected. Once rejected ,time and money waste for customers .This is the mistake from this Aashya kodanoor staff. Ordinary people don't know what are the documents required for each services. This Centre staff don't know anything. Please don't go this Aashya for services. above services ( pan card correction Gazetted officer Annexure document required) this all details don't know this Aashya staffs and not mentioned to me as well. we went through other centre then only come to know this all details required.

Very bad services... Ms. Soumya employee treats herself as the owner of the firm and treating people real arrogantly. I am also a working Woman, in service industry... And i really know how to treat people or what will be the consequence if i dont behave well at office... On a friday i called Kodannur Akshaya Centre from 10 am no one picked my call... At 5.30pm a lady took the call and when i enquired whether tomorrow is working or not she said, they are working and for Aadhar renewal only 30 tokens will be given on Saturday.. my Father went over there on Saturday morning and after 9 o'clock they said only 15 tokens will be issued... I went over there again questioning the same and a Old man alloted me sayingbwebcan enrol you as token 16, and the Lady named Soumya said i cant enroll more... From the time i entered in there premises this lady was treating me as if i went over there for free service... And she told me that- enikk monday ceyyaanee s+kryN ullllu enn vccaa nyaa monday tnne ceyyullllu....ivrutte okke s+kryttin ceyyaanaannoo ingngne oru sthaapnN? She dont even know the process / the way she need to work and blindly giving comments .. She told me that Passport is not a valid document to lodge for Aadhar renewal... How come a document issued by State Republic Will not be treated as valid? And saying she need document with the same explansion(my document was correct with only Name expansion of my Sir name)or can Aadhar name be changed? When i said Passport is only issued by Government with expansion of name....she said she was informed by Some Nirmala Madam that Passport cannot be accepted. Same day we enrolled the Aadhar renewal from Manakkody Akshaya kendra near Subramanya Swamy temple...The owner was so helpful and the Staff Suchitra n Aparna was behaving real well and treated us like we went to some Resort.... We called the Owner 7-8 times for doubts and he each rime he cleared it without hesitation...

Very bad Services , they are not giving payment receipt for services .we don't know the work done or not?. They are not providing any receipt .

I had a good experience from them, I got aadhar from there.
