Akshaya E Centre - Aadhaar center in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

Went to the Akshaya Centre recently for applying for Non-cream-layer certificate. Got things done neatly! Just remember to bring all the papers & certificates that the staff asks of you. Saw some customers arguing with them over the slips and ID cards they've brought along. There's no point in arguing with the staff as they are only following the rules given by the Govt regarding the various documents. And as soon as you enter take a token. I didn't know about it at first. And the place tends to be crowded, and it does take some time to get things done. So, be ready to spend atleast an hour over there. TC.

Pathetic service gvnnmenrr oophiisnekaalluN kssttN !! The time on the board says they work from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm, usually staff reached only around 9:40 or 9:45 and then starts functioning by 10:00 am after their daily chores. These people doesn't care for the public and Aadhar counter opens only after 10:30 am and even they are unsure if they would be able to provide aadhar related service. They probably never heard the word punctuality.

A bunch of arrogants blockheads. You call them to clarify doubts and they cut the call abruptly. Thank God they are not government servants. Imagine if they were.....Just because we dont have any other choices but to approach them for their services...they feel they are the supreme....The Govt shud stop their monopoly...

Very rude staff. The way the lady at the first counter interacts with customers is appalling. No respect for even the elderly customers. Not willingly to explain about an enquiry other than saying "I do not know". The other customers shared it's the same appalling attitude to all and getting anything done was a big pain. That employee should be reprimanded.

The staff there are human beings and if they behave well they will also behave like that. There are certain manners that we should show our customers.not irritate staffs good service all the best

One of the best akshaya centres I have ever been to..The staffs were very co operative whenever I approached them for my scholarship even during their lunch time. They have always welcomed me with a wide smile which I believe most of the staffs at other Akshaya centres lack.

The worst service ever....attitude of all staff member is very bad ....if u want to go for aadhar purpose ..never go there..u will not rectify ur problem from there...if is possible to give a minus rating I will definitely do that..worst worst worst service...the female staff is told that she is not sitting there to help others....she doesn't know that what is the meaning of jana sevana kendra...

Most of the comments are the behavior of the staffs no one try to admit their efforts. Several times I witnessed they clearly clarified the doubts regarding their services Give respect and take respect, good luck
