Worst experience.... unskilled attitude guys are sitting for serving you...pls visit aadhaar center palarivattom flyover for aadhaar related work.

BIG setup with token system and huge number of staffing but they don't know nothing , wasting time because of their mistakes and igonarance. Their attitude and expression are we know everything, all but very useless. 0/5

The worst service from a lady out here. Waited for more than 30 mnts and she didn't even ready to respond. And assisting other people's who came later than me. And when I asked about the process without even looking in the system she blindly saying , server down. We people are here for service assistance. But they are doing on the basis of there comfort and easy. Frankly saying,I visited here several times before and all the services they provided were pretty good ,this time specifically this women is made this as a worst one.

Worst place to go for updating Aadhaar etc. The ladies here don't even tell you anything except to wait. They laugh amongst themselves when you ask them after 15-20 mins if there is any issue or the reason for making you wait. Instead of telling the problems (if any being faced by them such as system issue), they counter question whether we have problem in waiting. After almost an hour of making me wait, finally one of the ladies told me to go to the next lady as she only does updation of phone number. Did not understand why couldn't she tell this in the first place. What a pathetic way of working at a place to assist people when none of them knows the importance of time or are considerate about helping others. Just passing time chit chatting amongst themselves and wasting others time. Once a while they kept calling other people from behind me in the queue and updated theirs. Seems they were taking sadistic pleasure in making people like me who do not understand malayalam suffer. One of my worst ever experience till date. Things like this makes you think if the things we read as children that India has Unity in Diversity holds true or was it just in books. Please avoid this place. Government should take action and seriously think of either shutting it down or dismissing the staff and blacklisting them from applying for any other jobs in future.

Very unprofessional people working here!!! I have to wait for nearly 3 hours for linking my mobile number to Aadhar.. Employees working here are busy chatting on phone or joking around.. no respect for other peoples time!!! Out of three counters only one is working, when there is crowd outside waiting for their turns!!! Pathetic place
