Its in first floor and there is no lift. As a person in wheelchair I can't access the floor. But a staff or somebody came down near me and resolved my issue. He was well mannered and kind.

Irritating service, two staffs are working for a single customer as they wish. Even after waiting for long for that work to be completed they are not attending the prior one... The staff's service is primarily for their personally interested customers. It took more than 1 & half hour to get my work completed even though it actually requires 15 mins, they received my certificates doing their fav one's service on the other hand, especially the Muslim woman there.

What should be done to contact them, they do not pick up the phone if they call in an emergency! Bad service

Aadhaar update application got rejected, mainly because the quality of the documents scanned was poor. The person sitting there should've ensured quality document was uploaded, rather than wasting people's time and money. Seems this has become a scam these days as it is happening across most of the Akshaya centers, where people pay money to get this done and nothing right ever gets done. I reached this premises at 11:30 AM, but the said they only begin from 2PM to 7PM, how inconvenient.

Best Akshaya I've seen so far. Got many things done here. Nowadays you need to wait a long line because of how well this Akshaya has become.

I had gone for Aadhar Enrolement for my children as it's mandatory in school these days . We reached Akshay centre, Nettoor by 12:45 . There was no proper direction to whom we ought to approach . After five min of initial waiting, one person directed me to the girl who is responsible for enrolment . She was not interested right from the beginning, n she was asking her colleague in Malayalam that I am done with and I am not interested in doing further ; if u want u can do it. But the guy did not pay heed. She started pretending that she is working on it and at sharp 1 she says system stopped working as they have to go to the mosque n it will open by three . Requested her to do it as it may take hardly five min . She answered roughly saying it's there time to go to mosque. Religion is important but is it so important than humans . Such irresponsibility should be avoided in future and people should stop playing religion card at the time of work. Literally very bad service ; even if it's the last centre I won't advice anyone henceforth

Very bad service, most times browsing Flipkart and Amazon while tons of people wait for hours outside. 100% irresponsibile and worthless Akshaya Centre in the region. Always asks for cash even when most services are free, so double check before you pay. Total frauds

I visited this akshaya to renew my aadhar they said that the server is down but when I called another nearby akshaya they said that there is no problem with the server. Very poor service
