Good service.Try to come earlier otherwise you get stuck. Staffs tell everything about your application.Car parking is little difficult.

The lady staff here are so so so efficient! Getting govt work done has never been easier! Got all my important work done from here! Place is Always busy but the staff handle the crowd very efficiently!

I came here to update my old Aadhar card,it was very urgent for me.I completed everything and they said come back once you received an OTP.i waited weeks and months, nothing happened.i had to take leave to come here to check the status,after a long time waiting they said it is still in processing stage. They don't know anything about it. Then i went to another Akshaya centre near pottayil temple,then they said you have to link your mobile number with aadhar first to receive your OTP,From there I linked the mobile number,In 3 days everything was done. Then i came back here for the last time to receive my aadhar card,they gave me which can only used as an ID Card because the QR code was not clear because of excess ink. Now i have to use 2 aadhar card (old+new) old one for scanning Everything is okay but sometimes i had to wait a long time to hear "come again another day",I'm not rain btw

Very bad service. I went for my Aadhaar Card. First time Office at the downstairs was closed at 11.30 am. Next time after checking my documents and waiting for half an hour., they said Web site is not working. I lost two days for an attempt to get my Aadhaar.

That old ammachi acting like district collector . She behaves very rude and arrogant.

There is no zero star option, that is why I'm giving this one star rating. I went there to take a new adhaar card for my 3 year old kid. After 20 minutes of waiting, I managed to enter the office. They told that the site is down and they cannot do anything related to enrollment. Then I visited a nearby SBI branch, and they made the entire thing for enrollment. Within 15 minutes (i.e, the waiting time at akshaya E-center), I got the printout. So please avoid the akshaya centers. They are just waste of time.

Just Came For Update Mobile Number In Aadhar. Waited For So Long. They Just Talking Each Other In Center. No One Care About Customers.

I am at akshaya centre. It's understandable how gov offices works in Kerala. But at least serve ur citizens in a respectful manner. It's raining outside and people are squeezed into the varanda which is obviously small than a bus stop. Atleast try to do service in a better office or location.
