horrible experience... they don't give a clear direction. will have to wait in the morning at 5am to get an appointment. but the staff gets here only at 7 am
EXCELLENT SERVICE I went to three Akshya offices around Kottayam and all of them had some excuse or the other.. website down.. authorised person not in the office. One of the offices had three staff members sitting there doing nothing in a nice AC office and couldn't offer to help. Went to sankranti office at 4.30pm. The office is temporarily located upstairs with exposure to a lot of dust and road noise. Waited in a queue for 20min as they were busy. Told them what I needed and was told to see the officer who was inside. Liju ( officer) checked my docs and showed me how to apply and also showed me a specimen sample. He was very courteous and responsive to all my questions. I have never experienced such good customer service ( unless you are paying for it) at a government office in India. Our youth are our future and I hope Leju and his team get a good office with better facilities. The other offices need to pick their game as this office will crack under pressure at some point. If our reviews were taken more seriously, we wouldnt have such issues. Once again big thanks to Leju and his team at Akshaya Sankranti.
The gentleman at the counter is by far the best I have seen in terms of customer service. From observing his interaction with many others, it is clear that he cares and wants to help out. This is really encouraging to see.
Worst service from an Akshaya center. They open when they want and ask us to write down name at 7 am and wait for our turn. Cannot get things done fast. They also run a fancy shop or ladies centre here as well. Bad service.
Crowded and long waiting times. For new Aadhar enrolments, takes almost 3 to 4 weeks to get an appointment.
Good...New staffs there are more friendly and helpful...
