Very worst experience from the staff side. I think her name is Beena. My sister came there with her baby. She didn't give consideration to that. Behave very rudely, bad experience ever... All the positive reviews are manipulated.

Very rude behaviour from staff named Beena....very irritating....I don't experience This much worst experience in my life. In my opinion no one should go to that Akshaya centre.... licence should be cancelled from that akshaya...

Me and my family only had bad experience at this place .... There is a lady who is very bossy and has bad temper. Always keeps people waiting for long as if she is some kind of a big official. She doesint even understand that she is doing a service which she is paid for... very rude. It's high time someone else comes in her position

Very bad and horrible experience. The lady doing the adhaar enrolment is a dumbo and think that she owns the entire aadhar system and the people approach the centre for her mercy. On 14 Nov 22 at about 1145 hr, I along with my aged mother went there for aadhar enrolment of my 10 month old son. When I approached the enrolment centre, one among the two ladies, asked me about the purpose and cross checked my aadhaar card with my son's birth certificate. Then she declared that my adhaar card is false and the address mentioned in my card doesn't bear my post office name and I can't get any aadhar for my son. I understood the foolishness of that lady and told her that, my aadhar is mentioning the post office number and it is very much clear that the PIN indicates the concerned post office. But she had no intention to listen me. Further she told me to consult another lady sitting in the room. I had to stand another 10 minutes to talk to her as she was on her mobile. When I approached her she took my documents and told me the same story and asked me to try at any other place and she will do the enrolment only when l produce a adhaar card with post office name. I requested her to think logically. But the lady who seemed to be bossy, told me that she only had paid Rs. 1 lakh for the adhaar enrolment licence and she will decide what to do and asked me to go any other place. The attitude of both the ladies were very much disgusting. Both are complete senseless women. Later I got enroll my son from a Akshaya Center at Muvattupuzha on the very same day without any illogical objections. It is a cautionary message for all those planning to visit Srappilly Akshaya Center. It is better to avoid the Center and you can do your job at any other place with a peace of mind. You can refer their experiences mentioned by other people in their reviews also.
